So, I’ve been a tad sick lately. So before work today I had a brilliant idea… why not combine my Pepsi Max (it probably causes cancer, but I love the stuff) with my Panadol Max powder sachet (it’s a sort of lemsip type thing… basically paracetamol in a lemon tasting hot drink powder). Brilliant idea, I thought. I like lemon coke, right? This will basically be lemon tasting pepsi max… with the healing powers of paracetamol, and the gentle nudge of caffeine! I’m a genius. Pure genius.
Unscrew lid.
Pour in powder.

Oh shit! Oh shit! Mentos effect. Turns out they actually put sugar in that stuff. Who puts sugar in medicine? And if you’ve ever put sugar in diet coke or something you’ll know it goes spaz. So there I stood, in the middle of my city’s busiest shopping centre, while my pepsi bottle went bezerk and gushing medi-drink erupted everywhere. Real smooth.
